Customer Feedback Roundup
You talked. We listened.
Customer List & Search
Your customer list grows with your business. So does the time it takes to find a single client - scrolling, opening profiles one by one, hunting for a name you know is in there somewhere. That's time you'd rather spend running your business than searching through it.
What we're hearing:
Two things need to change. Search should find a client by phone or email - no opening every profile to check. And inactive customers need somewhere to go. Keep the history. Clear the view. Your working list should show who you're billing now, not who you billed three years ago.
Faster search means less time hunting and more time running your business. Archiving means a list that stays manageable as you grow.
Editor's note:
We heard your feedback and improved customer search is on the immediate roadmap, targeting a summer release. Customer archiving is the fast follow.
Estimate to invoice notes
Converting an estimate to an invoice shouldn't mean cleaning up your terms. When estimate notes carry over to a final bill, it creates unnecessary manual edits and risks sending outdated terms to clients.
What we're hearing:
An estimate isn't an invoice. Terms like "valid for 30 days" make sense when quoting, but not when billing. Converting a quote should apply your default invoice notes automatically, without requiring manual copy-and-paste fixes.
Editor's note:
We heard you and the fix is live! When you convert an estimate to an invoice, your default notes and terms now show up automatically. No manual cleanup needed. Footers are on our radar next, and the team is already exploring updates.
